Saddle mounting tie
The Ziplex™ saddle mounting tie is a multipurpose cable and pipe fastener. It is our patented fastener. It is a one-piece fastener that functionally consists of a mounting base with a hole, a wide strap with outer serrations, and a locking mechanism that secures it.
Saddle mounting ties are used when laying cable and electrical networks for various purposes, fixing both the cables themselves and various elements of holding structures. They are also indispensable for mounting rigid pipes, corrugated pipes and metal hoses of appropriate diameter on almost any working surface.
Usage
Electrical installation work
Saddle mounting ties are used for arranging and banding cables and wires, marking and fixing cables during the installation of electrical wiring and structured cabling systems. They are often used for wiring at various events and exhibitions.
Construction
Saddle mounting ties are used for creating flexible connections (PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, etc.), assembling structures, and laying network systems.

The Ziplex™ saddle mounting tie is made of HDPE 277 polyethylene. It is a strong, elastic and quite rigid material with high density. It has thermal plasticity and chemical resistance to aggressive media. It is frost-, steam- and water-resistant. It has good dielectric properties and is an impact-resistant material.
