Low profile cable ties
Ziplex™ low profile cable tie is designed for bundling, labeling, laying, and protecting wires/cables and is produced from polyamide-6.6, or nylon. The flat lock section design is strengthened and has a low profile contoured 'locking head'. The lock tongue is inaccessible after the strap has been pulled tight and cut to prevent unauthorized access. The tie strap has outside serrations and rounded smooth edges. The parallel entry for the strap ensures minimum installation effort and protection of workers' hands from contact with sharp edges left after cutting the strap.
Usage
Electrical installation work
Low profile cable ties are used for arranging and banding cables and wires, marking and fixing cables during the installation of electrical wiring and structured cabling systems. They are often used for wiring at various events and exhibitions.
Construction
Low profile cable ties are used for creating flexible connections (PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, etc.), assembling structures, and laying network systems.

Low profile cable ties characteristics
Ziplex branded low profile cable ties are made from polyamide-6.6 (PA) or nylon, which is resistant to self-ignition. Retains its mechanical properties at high and low temperatures. Resistant to degradation by mold and bacteria, as well as by fuels and lubricants. Low profile cable ties are available in several colors: from white (unpainted) and black to red, green and yellow.
