Plastic U-type pipe clamp
The plastic pipe clamp is a U-shaped clamp with stiffeners to secure pipes. On the outer side of each item base there are special locks that allow to put clamps together, forming them into blocks, and to use such blocks in cases when it is necessary to lay several cable routes side by side. A special hole is provided at the base of clamps for fixation on the surface. Fastening is made with a dowel and a self-tapping screw or a screw.
The clamp is suitable for fixing smooth and corrugated pipes made of PVC, polypropylene, polyamide and low- and high-density polyethylene on any surface.
Usage
Electrical installation work
The plastic pipe clamps are used for arranging and banding cables and wires, marking and fixing cables during the installation of electrical wiring and structured cabling systems.
Plumbing
The plastic pipe clamps are used for creating flexible connections (PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, etc.), assembling structures, and laying network systems.

Plastic U-type pipe clamp characteristics
The Ziplex branded plastic U-type pipe clamps are made of PP-A4 polypropylene, which is frost-resistant material, has high strength characteristics and good chemical resistance. It is one of the lightest rigid polymers. It is heat resistant and has good fatigue resistance. Resistant to abrasion, deformation and dirt, neutral to solvents and aggressive acids.
Plastic U-type pipe clamps come in two colors - grey and black.
